Visiting Skygunners were edged by Samsung Thunders in a tough game in Seoul 76-78 . Seoul Thunders dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Skygunners 's 28. Seoul Thunders outrebounded Sono SG 37-23 including 25 on the defensive glass. Jamaican center Kofi Cockburn (213-1999, college: Illinois) had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Seong-Mo Choi (183-1994) chipped in 23 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Jeong-Hyeon Lee (187-1999) with 23 points, 5 assists and 5 steals and American center Alan Williams (203-1993, college: UCSB) scored 22 points and 7 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Samsung Thunders maintains tenth position with 1-6 record. Loser Skygunners dropped to the second place with two games lost.
